Real Estate Problem

However, the commercial real estate industry is in trouble which could lead to a crash between 2025-2028. One way to fix it is to allow and encourage the conversion of commercial real estate, where appropriate, to develop more affordable housing this would help climate change because less housing would need to be built. There is an upcoming even worse housing crises for first time homebuyers, first time renters and others. Supply of houses is drying up for first time homebuyers due to high interest rates and people not selling. One way to solve this is to convert commercial real estate into a range of affordable housing. Rent has gotten expensive for many people ranging from ~ 11000 dollars a year which would require a salary of 33000 dollars a year for a single person to live in the cheapest state to 100000 a year on average for an average apartment for a single person in the most expensive state. The average entry level wage for an employee median range from 12$ an hour to ~20$. A 12$ an hour average low median salary state by state leads to ~24000 dollars a year and at the high median average 20$ an hour ~50000. This is for entry level workers where the economy is at full employment. This shows that a recession would be devastating. One way to fix this situation would be to convert commercial real estate into affordable housing this needs to be done on a case-by-case basis. This empty commercial real estate will lead to big financial loses and potentially cause a massive crash between 2025 and 2028. If you want to have a successful second presidency you need to do something about this now.
