American democracy

The types of systems that are the most dangerous in the modern world are Fascism, Communism and Nazism. This particular book starts in 1875 and ends in 2000. The book mentions anti democracy measures including things like Roosevelt in 1936 which packed the Supreme Court and a there was a sharp drop in public spending during this time. The House of Representatives forced the creation of several special committees. There were many newspapers across the country that reported the house rules committee with many riots and bloodshed. He was blindsided by the few new Nazi, fascist and communist organizations. Right before World War Two theater was considered un American and a communist activity in the late 1930's.
